JAN HIT AWAS YOJNA

SLRS Group continuously moving in real estate sector since year 2013. Group has launched a project “JAN HIT AWAS YOJNA” in May 2016 beside NH-91, Chhaproula Near Lal Kuan. Gautam Budh Nagar, which consist of 270 flats and 35 Villas are almost completed and possession started, four towers of G+5 Which will be handed over in December 2019. Construction is in full swing. “Janhit Awas Yojana project” is being planned on an area of 1.64 Acres. SLRS Group has introduced its second project in Sports City (Noida Extension) at Greater Noida (West). The project name is “Spring Homes”. It consist 310 apartments. Its a luxury project and will have all ultra-modern amenities. Apartment have combination of 3 BHK, 4 BHK & 5 BHK flats. Construction started and Possession date is December, 2024.

Experienced Master Builder with 10 years of expertise in delivering high-quality, on-time, and budget-friendly construction projects. Proven skills in project management, technical proficiency, team leadership, budgeting, and effective communication.

  • Currently with SLRS Group, overseeing 5 successful projects, ensuring alignment with specifications and maintaining safety protocols
  • Previous role at Director, spearheading 5 projects, coordinating with clients for satisfaction and conducting quality control checks.

Education :

  • MBA (Marketing) from Punjab Technical University in 2012.

Capt. Lakhan Singh

Capt. Lakhan Singh (Retd), a distinguished Indian Army veteran, served with honor and received commendations from top officials, including the President of India. As a Commando Instructor, he trained over 10000 commandoes of Indian Army and Haryana Police. He also modernized training at Commando Wing, Belgaum. His diverse roles included UN service in Congo, training winning teams, and Chief Commando Instructor at Haryana Police Academy. He served as an ADC to Hon’ble Presidents Shri Pranab Mukherjee, Bharat Ratna and Shri Ram Nath Kovind, handling a spectrum of duties. Currently, he is the MD of SLRS Security Pvt. Ltd.
